LPU Online Undergraduate: Informational Session

I understand that my picture, voice and/or written or photographic material will be recorded electronically and/or photographically by Life Pacific University. I hereby grant permission to Life Pacific University to use these photographs, videos or audio recordings of me on campus, in class, or at my home or business for its own use and distribution. The photographs, tapes and recordings will be owned by the University and may be used in promotional areas, including the LPU Web site, which Life Pacific may elect to show more than one time, without the payment to me of any compensation. I represent and warrant that I have notified Life Pacific University of any copyrighted material used by me in the photographs or videos, including providing Life Pacific University the name and address of the copyright holder.
