LIFE Grant Application
This grant is awarded to dependent students of licensed ministers or licensed ministers upon verification of all requirements listed below. A LIFE Grant application must be submitted prior to the beginning of the academic year. The award may be renewable up to 2 years for Associates students and 4 years for bachelor’s programs. GPA’s will be evaluated at the beginning of each semester to determine renewability. If a student’s cumulative GPA drops below 2.5 or is not registered for 12 billable units, then the grant will be suspended for the following semester. This grant is a fixed award and will be presented on your aid notification.
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Dependent Student of Licensed Minister
-24 Years of Age or less & Single, or Spouse of minister
-Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5
-Must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 billable units per semester

Licensed Minister
-Letter from ministry supervisor confirming active ministry appointment or a copy of current ministerial license
-Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5
-Must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 billable units per semester
I understand that I must meet all the requirements listed above to be eligible for the LIFE Grant. I understand that this tuition-only grant is applied after all other “tuition only” grants/scholarships are applied. I further understand that if I change my class schedule at any time during the semester and drop below 12 units that I will lose the grant. I also understand that if my cumulative GPA drops below 2.5, I will lose the grant.
