    Here is what you can expect from a 1-hour information session on the Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS) and Master of Divinity (MDiv) programs at Life Pacific University:

    • Overview of the programs: The MATS and MDiv programs at Life Pacific University are designed to prepare students for leadership in the church and other Christian organizations. The MATS program is a 48-credit program that provides a broad foundation in theological studies, while the MDiv program is a 72-credit program that offers more specialized training in ministry.
    • Program requirements: The MATS program requires students to complete 48 credits of coursework, including a Capstone project. The MDiv program requires students to complete 72 credits of coursework, including the final 28 units that are weighted toward the acquisition and refinement of practical ministry skills and competencies.
    • Admissions requirements: The admissions requirements for the MATS and MDiv programs include a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a personal statement, two letters of recommendation, and official transcripts.
    • Career outcomes: Graduates of the MATS and MDiv programs at Life Pacific University are prepared for a variety of careers in the church and other Christian organizations. Some common career paths include pastor, youth minister, chaplain, Christian educator, and missionary.
