Graduate Programs Overview at Life Pacific University

    Life Pacific University offers a variety of master's programs that are designed to prepare students for leadership roles in a variety of fields, including business, ministry, and education. The university's master's programs are offered online. All but the MBA have a one week residency on campus and they are all grounded in a Christian worldview.     Here is a short synopsis of each program:
    • MBA: The Master of Business Administration program at Life Pacific University enhances a broad range of marketable skills that can give job applicants an edge in the marketplace. Students will learn about financial analysis, marketing, operations management, and more.
    • MASL: The Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership program prepares students to lead in a variety of settings, from businesses to nonprofits to churches. Students will learn about strategic planning, decision-making, and change management.
    • MATS: The Master of Arts in Theological Studies program provides students with a deeper understanding of the Bible and Christian theology. Students can choose to focus on a particular area of study, such as biblical studies, church history, or ministry.
    • MDIV: The Master of Divinity program is designed to prepare students for ministry in the Christian church. Students will study the Bible, theology, and church history. They will also complete a field education experience.
    • MLSP: The Maestría en Liderazgo Espiritual (MLSP) is a Spanish-language Master of Arts in Spiritual Leadership program. Students will learn about spiritual formation, leadership, and ministry. They will also complete a field education experience in Spanish-speaking communities.
    • MAC: The Master of Arts in Counseling program prepares students for a career in mental health professions. Students will learn about psychological theory, research, and counseling techniques. They will also complete a practicum and internship.
